Temple Facility Reservation Form

The Hindu Temple of Eastern Iowa is a public use facility for those who support the mission of the Temple and abide by its articles of incorporation, By-Laws for social, cultural, educational and religious purposes. Events such as birthday, wedding, anniversary, cultural, fund raising etc. can be held with prior permission and by providing detailed information about the activities planned. The Executive Committee may reserve certain days of the year for specific religious festivals and thus limit temple facility use during those days. Please refer to the religious calendar on temple website or call or email as shown above for available dates. The requested donation towards each event category is as listed below:

Please mail the form and the checks (one for deposit, one for reservation) to the address given above after getting the event approved by program chair. The deposit check will be returned after the event, if the facility was not damaged and cleaned thoroughly. Any additional donation to temple is greatly appreciated and is tax deductible.
