Linn County marriage License instructions. Download, print and fill Linn County marriage license application. If you reside outside of Linn County, please call or visit your county recorders office for rules. |
| The applicants should send formal request to the chair person providing the information about the couple and a copy of the license application at least two weeks prior to wedding ceremony. Applicants should fill and sign Services & Facilities Reservation Request form and pay deposit amount along with the form where required |
| Applicants should pay full wedding service donations ($501) to the temple. |
| In case of an emergency or services required immediately, there may be additional fee for officiating wedding. Please inquire with Temple EC Chair person. |
| Applicants can take photograph of the ceremony. |
| Temple will file copies of the marriage information in the temple office. |
| Temple is not responsible to file the marriage license application with County recorders office |
| Applicants are responsible to take or mail required documentation to county recorders office for proper registration |
| As always, temple's own programs and festivals will have higher priority. Please check the temple calendar when planning your wedding. |
